TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ONHAND | STBO | PASABUY items that have a certain DOP, kindly settle the payment on/before the date to prevent late fees. LATE FEE IS PHP 50 PER DAY

RESERVATIONS must be confirmed by the buyer. no confirmation from the seller, item is not reserved for you. interested ≠ reserved

CANCELLATIONS the buyer is obliged to pay Cancelattion Fee AND Late Fees (if late fees are already applicable) when requesting for cancelling during reservation or paid transaction. the cancelation fee costs half of the item price.

REFUNDS are only eligible once there is proof in packaging defect (provide a video proof of unboxing) no video = no refund. The seller is not at fault once the item is already handled by the courier. No refunds will be given when the item is damaged or lost by the courier.

MOP GCASH is the only mode of payment. As for sdd, buyers must book the rider and provide updates on behalf of the rider.

MOD shapi c/o | direct ggx | sdd (grab, lalamove, mr. speedy) once picked up, the seller is not responsible for lost or damage caused by the courier.
